Hello,
I have a problem with my Oceanic TV. When I turn it on, there is sound and the screen is on, but it is very dim.
This makes the TV unusable. I've tried unplugging it and turning the brightness all the way up, but nothing works.

In this case:
Either the backlight (at the level of the LEDs...) or the panel is dead.
Check if the warranty is still valid; otherwise, get a quote from a repairman, but the cost of the repair is likely to exceed the price of a new television.
