Hello, I have a big problem; my 2DS won't turn on. It shows the blue light for a few seconds and then turns off. I've already tried the button combination, but it didn't work.
I would like to know how to make it work and also what the up button is.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 91.0.4472.120

Good evening, the "UP" button is the top of the directional cross. Then, normally there is one or more ribbon(s) that is/are disconnected; to make it work again, you need to reconnect it/them by disassembling the 2DS.
I hope I helped you =)

- Is your 2DS charging? => if not, check the battery and the charger connector
Is there a backlight that stays on (black screen of death)? => if yes, a ribbon cable is disconnected/the screen is faulty
Or does it turn on and then immediately turn off? => if yes, check the battery and fuses (knowing that they cannot be replaced)
For the camera => the 2-camera module needs to be replaced
I hope I was able to help you =)
See you soon! - Hello, I'm trying to find solutions but I'm running out of ideas, my 2DS had a battery issue, so I removed it and put it back, and it worked again... You could try taking it out and putting it back in, and after that I don't have many solutions, except pressing the power button for 30 seconds. I will look for other solutions and if I find any and these don't work, I'll let you know the others.
I hope I helped you =)
See you later!

That's incredibly kind of you, I thank you infinitely.
I've already tried putting the battery back in and it didn't work, and I'm going to try the 30 seconds, but I think it's something broken or old. -
I thought it might come from the SD card, try removing the SD card and turning on your 2DS without the SD card. If it works, try reinserting the SD card and turn your 2DS back on. If that doesn't work, another component is faulty.
I hope I helped you =)
