Hello,
A friend just bought an XP 2100 printer. I installed the printer via Wi-Fi at my place using my Livebox. However, since the box is different at her home, when I try to install the printer at her place, the PC doesn’t recognize it anymore. I have already uninstalled the printer to try a new installation, but the problem remains the same when it comes to connecting to the network; the PC can't find the printer. What should I do? Thank you for your help. I'm not very good with computers.....
Configuration: Android / Chrome 91.0.4472.120

delete the drivers of the old printer (programs and features)

install drivers 1 + 2 + 3, following the instructions (based on the version of Windows)
the apps * are optional as needed
