Hello,
a friend has some applications on her phone, a Crosscall X3, that she doesn't recognize. Could you please clarify them for me? For example, there’s org.codeaurora.snapcam, Google Duo high quality video calls, com.android.systemui, com.android.launcher, com.android.dialer, android.captiveportallogin, android.server.telecom, print service plugin, android.package installer... knowing that she lent her phone to her boyfriend. Thank you if you can help me pass the information to my friend.

    Hello,

    The apps named com.android.xxx, com.google.xxx, android.xxx -> we don't touch those! They are system apps.
    org.codeaurora.snapcam is an app for Qualcomm processors. Likewise, we don't touch it.
    In the list, I don't see any shady stuff, so no worries

    A smartphone is (almost) like a toothbrush: when in doubt, don't lend it... ;)
