Hello
I don't know this model (which is not mentioned) but most of these televisions have a "proprietary" software system, and we are therefore limited in possibilities by the brand (only reading the applications provided by the brand).
However, it's in the user manual that most answers can be found, as your post does not mention any details about the difficulty itself, nor a specific model.
Best regards.

Hello,
Yes, and I would like to add what I usually respond regarding this subject:
When it comes to applications, manufacturers and distributors do whatever they want. Personally, I have an LG TV, and at first, I had an Orange app that provided access to many radio stations. That app was suddenly removed without notice during an update. For replay services, I had Pluzz (public replay service) and Arte +7, which also disappeared. As for MyTF1, I only have the paid VOD available. On the M6 replay site, I'm asked to download a "player," but "download impossible." It’s all a matter of agreements with the app owners and the TV brand. It’s all about money, so these TVs aren't as smart as they claim, huh? ...;-(
And Arte came back a little while ago... go figure...
And:
"Smart TVs connected to the internet generally offer access to applications (sometimes also called 'Widgets'). Currently, the applications offered vary depending on the brand and the TV, and within the same brand, certain applications may only be accessible on specific models."
