My computer doesn't want to cooperate anymore....

It says: checking media presence....
Media present...
start PXE over IPv4.

What should I do because none of the keys are working please????????????

    Hello
    your PC can no longer find the hard drive where Windows is installed
    either the disk is dead
    or the system files are corrupted

      @CathyYou need to dismantle the disk and connect it externally to test it.
