Hello,
In the terms of use of your provider, the following is mentioned:
Accuracy of Information. When creating an Account, provide accurate, precise, current, and complete information as required by Smule. Update such information promptly, and as necessary, to keep it current and accurate.
Like all sites providing protection for secure accounts, any unreported changes may result in data loss.
If you have used a specific procedure to recover your account, you must access your account; this is the only way to request Smule to update your status, which is absolutely impossible through a forum and of which we have no knowledge.
