Hello!
I have a TCL TV, connected to a Canal Ready set-top box, TNT SAT (Optex). It's also connected to Wifi (Adsl, Box NB6, SFR). It is on HDMI1.
For the past few weeks, the picture has been "jumping" for all TV programs, all channels (terrestrial or TNT) and at all times (day, evening, and night).
What can I do to stop the picture from jumping?

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug everything back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
