Hello,
For a few days, the typing notification no longer appears on my iPhone, but only for one of my contacts. I receive the notification that I have received a Snapchat, but not the one that lets me know the person is typing.

Ask this person if they have installed any software that could delete this notification.

This existed back in the days of Microsoft Messenger and MSN Plus.
