Hello everyone,
The ctrl + z key isn't working anymore (probably the one I use the most). I can use the ones I use regularly without any problem, ctrl + s - ctrl + a - etc.
Any solution?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

Hello Marzhine.

While waiting for a direct response to your request, use the CANCEL button:
It’s just as quick and equally effective...

Hello,

Don’t you use macros sometimes?
Running a macro loses the undo history (well, on Excel...)

By continuously trying, we eventually succeed.
So the more it fails, the more chances we have that it works. (the Shadoks)
In addition to the thank you (yes, that happens!!!), remember to mark it as resolved. Thank you

Hello Raymond,
I know about this button but for me keyboard shortcuts are faster otherwise you have to leave the keyboard, grab the mouse, click, go back to the keyboard... but it’s also effective, I agree with you.
I noticed that I couldn’t use this button either when the keys aren’t responding, so it’s probably not a keyboard issue.
What’s strange is that it works, it freezes, and when it’s frozen there’s no way to go back, but if I click in another file then there’s no problem.
Thank you for getting back to me Raymond, happy Easter!

Hello,
I rarely use it but I happened to create and use one, and it seems that this problem appeared after using this macro.
I just deleted it. Will that solve the problem if it was caused by that?
Thank you for responding.

it's the same, even after deleting the macro...

However, I found this (it's for Excel but we can do it for Word too).

I tried it and apparently it works. You really helped me, Eriiic... Thank you
