Hello,
I am the owner of two Gigaset E290H phones, one of which is not functioning properly, as it does not hold the charge despite the batteries being new.
Would you be kind enough to look into my issue?

    Hello,
    These are not batteries but rechargeable batteries, replace them if needed and definitely do not use regular batteries, alkaline ones may explode if someone tries to charge them
