Hello, my TV turns off and on by itself. I disconnected the power cord and in the menu I deactivated R.A.S. Please help me.

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    First, turn off your Wi-Fi, otherwise, you won't be able to access the hidden menu.
    Then, access the hidden menu with the TV off, pressing the INFO, MENU, MUTE, and POWER buttons in succession.
    Next, go to the CONTROL sub-menu, then OK.
    Menu SUB
    WATCHDOG on the right arrow to OFF
    Press return and power to restart...

    Also try: menu>system>data broadcast service. Choose disable.

    If that doesn’t work, it might also be the Samsung issue, where the manual buttons malfunction:
