Hello,

Hi! Recently, there was a problem with Google, and we could no longer use Google, our email, some apps were glitching, so since I didn't know any solution, I factory reset my phone. I knew I would lose everything, but I thought that my Amerigo account wouldn't delete all my songs. I want to recover my songs (over 200, almost 300). ·´¯`(>▂<)´¯`·.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 87.0.4280.101

Hello,
your songs were in the internal memory of your phone. You had the option with Amerigo to save them in the Cloud. Amerigo manages files in the Cloud. By doing a factory reset, you erased everything. In the future, save your files in the cloud to avoid losing everything. You can try to recover your files with Recuva or Photorec, but be careful, don't expect miracles.
No need to ask further questions; this response will be my last because only you know where your music files were, and only you can recover them.
Have a nice day.
