Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. I've been searching everywhere but couldn't find anything, or maybe my keywords aren't relevant enough. Here is my problem:
I just built my first PC and everything went well. Anyway, I connected a USB microphone (a NEEWER NW-800), and my problem arises when I want to change its format. Some applications require a sample rate between 16KHz and 48KHz, and my microphone does not work with that because by default it is set to channel 1, 24bits 192KHz (studio quality). The problem is that I can't change it; the window does not offer any other options and is locked (see image).
However, with other microphone devices (like the webcam), I have several options to configure my sampling and resolution.
I need help, I'm going in circles! Thank you in advance for your feedback!
