Hello,
My daughter threw her bottle onto our screen, resulting in a large black line about 10 cm wide appearing on our screen from top to bottom. It's a screen that was purchased 4 years ago for 1400 euros, but it's no longer under warranty...
How can it be repaired, and if possible, is it worth it?
Model: UE55KU6500
Samsung 55-inch curved screen.
Thank you in advance for your feedback :)

Hello,
At 18, she shouldn't still be having spinach bottles...!!
Anyway, in your case of a malfunction, it's the screen panel that would need to be replaced
Here's a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLKR6WTxLxE
The problem is that curved screens are hard to find as spare parts... or they're very expensive... so there's little to no chance...
To do more in-depth research (supplier and price), we would need the panel reference; it should be written on a label on the back of the panel... you need to open the screen to be able to read that or take a clear and readable photo and paste it here.
