Letters are not symbols that mean something like a word as in some Asian languages, Egyptian hieroglyphs, etc.

As far as I remember, WINDOWS (the brand) is not an acronym, but a word borrowed from English. Window. The principle of WINDOWS is to work in windows, hence its name. If you find an acronym, I would be happy to learn it.
