Hello, I recently got a TV box with an IPTV app and everything works perfectly except since yesterday the channel RMC Sport 1 has no sound, the image is perfect but the sound is missing. I went into the settings to check if I accidentally disabled the audio track and I see that the audio is disabled, I enable it and it automatically switches back to disabled. I should point out that this only happens on RMC Sport 1, the other channels from the RMC Sport group or channels in general do not have this issue. Is it a problem coming from the channel or the IPTV app? I haven't seen anyone complaining about bugs on social media so I imagine it comes from the IPTV. Is there something to do or is it just a problem that will resolve itself in a few hours?
I should mention that my box is up to date and it is new.

Hello,
IPTV subscriptions that allow access to paid channels through low-cost subscriptions are illegal in France. The websites selling these subscriptions are mostly not very honest or serious; when it comes to complaints, they don’t care since they know it’s prohibited in France, and consequently, you can’t say or do anything.
