Hello everyone!
I've been trying to fix my problem for an hour now, but nothing works.
I have an Excel database and a Word file where I've done my mail merge for my labels; so far, so good, but when I click "update labels," I end up with 292 pages instead of just 14!
The worst part is that I don't have any duplicates in Excel.
I really don't know what to do. Thank you in advance for your help, it's quite urgent!

1) You go to https://www.cjoint.com/
2) You click on [Browse] to select your file (maximum 15 MB)
3) You scroll down to click on the blue button [Create the Cjoint link]
4) After a few seconds, the second page appears, with the link in bold; you right-click on it and choose "Copy link"
5) You return to your discussion on CCM, and in your message, you do "Paste".
