Remove duplicates in Word

Hello,
I am writing my memoirs using Microsoft Office Word
I noticed that my sentences sometimes contained repeated words
I am therefore looking for a suitable tool to detect duplicates.
Do you know an application that would allow "highlighting" duplicates (highlighting, coloring, or otherwise)
other than the search function in Word as this application only displays one word at a time
which makes it quite tedious and you cannot visualize all the repeated words at once.
What I am looking for is to make all the repeated words appear on the same page simultaneously to avoid repetitions.
A function similar to "Word's search" but that would highlight the word being searched at the same time.
