Hello,
I'm writing to you because I've recently encountered a problem in After Effects...
I import my video as usual, then I want to track it, but it doesn't work (tracking resolution failure...)
Also, when I press the spacebar to play my video, it lags and stutters, and the image sometimes turns completely green.
My software is up to date, my computer is also updated, I've cleared my memory and restarted the computer, and I've emptied the disk caches in After Effects...
My video is in .MOV format, and I tried exporting it to MP4 via Media Encoder, but it gave me a huge mess as well... (lots of green stuttering in the video...)
Do you have a solution for me? Thank you in advance.
Have a nice day!

Similar problem for me.. maybe the NVIDIA graphics card driver has an update that causes this issue?
Personally, the preview screen is green most of the time (but not completely, it's a transparent layer of green on top).
EDIT: I found the solution: Go to File> Project Settings> Video Rendering and Effects and switch to GPU acceleration OR if you are already on it, switch to Mercury software only.

You're a f****ing genius, it worked, thanks a lot!!!
I have the same problem, but even after changing the acceleration, it’s still the same thing ????
