Brave and HomeCast

When I launch a video or an online TV on Google Chrome, I automatically get the HomeCast option to watch on my TV.

Why not on Brave?

What should I do?

    Hello,

    Enable the Media Router setting

    Open the Brave browser.
    Click on the vertical lines located at the top right.
    Click on the line ►Settings

    Click on the line ►Extensions
    In the right part, scroll down and highlight to enable ►Media Router
    Click on ►Relaunch now


    Open any site with or without video.
    Right-click on the page and click on ►Cast...


    The Cast icon appears at the top right in the Brave browser.
    Right-click ►Always show icon

    Now you can cast the tab or the desktop.

    If that is not enough:
    Open Brave.
    Clear everything in the address bar (URL) or open a new tab.
    Copy/paste --►brave://flags
    In the 'Search flags' box, copy/paste --►Load Media Router Component Extension
    Select ►Enabled
    Click on ►Relaunch.
