Good evening,

Since Sunday I no longer have access to MARKETPLACE:

this Sunday, February 14, 2021, Facebook detected so-called unusual activity on my account and made me change my password. Everything went well.
So following that, I saw on the marketplace a message saying that I can no longer sell or buy. I didn’t quite understand!

The marketplace page has been displaying "we are reviewing your request" for 3 days now.

I opened a ticket with support which was closed without any response.
I don’t understand what is happening and how to resolve the situation.

    Hello,

The problem does not seem to be solvable, at least Facebook, which is responsible for it, does not respond to the issues faced by its users.

    see:

CCM has no technical or legal ability to intervene on Facebook's servers. For this purpose, we provide the link(s) that your provider intends.

      Good evening georges97

I already knew all the links you provided.

I'm still stuck, it's been 3 days!! it always says
      "We are reviewing your request
You have requested a review to regain your ability to buy and sell on Facebook. We will inform you of our decision via the Help Center within 24 hours."

The 24 hours are over and there's no message in the Help Center.

Honestly, Facebook's support is a complete failure.

I knew it, and now you know it. I see some "reports" open for over a year, without solutions, and while the applicants come here by the hundreds, I have never seen, in ten years of daily presence, solutions coming from this forum or others, for that matter. The few successes (some visitors occasionally report them to us) can only come from hypothetical interventions from networks. Repairs are measured more in months when they happen.

If a Facebook subscriber had received a universally applicable response, believe me, it would have been widely acclaimed. And it would have been recommended by Facebook, I suppose.
