Hello,
I am encountering an issue opening LibreOffice 6.4 (English version) on my Mac. When I launch the app, I get the following message: "Either another instance of LibreOffice is accessing your personal settings, or your personal settings are locked. Simultaneous access can lead to inconsistencies in your personal settings. Before proceeding, you need to ensure that user 'xxx' closes LibreOffice on host 'MacBook-Air-de-utilisateur xxx.local'."
I have looked at forums online, but it requires launching LO to access the profile, and I can't open the app. I have also searched through Finder with no results. Can someone help me? I am not very experienced with Mac. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Manually purging the profile on macOS:- Quit the application (cmd⌘+Q or LibreOffice Menu > Quit LibreOffice)
- In Finder > Small house > Go menu while holding the Option (alt⌥) key > Library > Application Support > LibreOffice (this is the profile)
- Rename it to LibreOfficeOld
- Relaunch the application > this creates a fresh profile.

Hello,
I'm sorry for the late reply, but I am dealing with my partner's passing. Thank you for all the details. I managed to follow your procedure. I should mention that a number of files were hidden. I was able to find a way to display them by searching online.
Thanks again.
