My drone won't connect to my remote control! (F11 SFRC PRO)

Hello,

My drone is just flashing red, and the phone app says that the remote control is not connected (the icon is red "connect remote fails").
Thank you for explaining to me how to fix this problem because I cannot use the drone..

    Hello,
    To connect the drone to your phone, first turn it on; the drone's LEDs are red. You need to use the left joystick to make a quick upward movement and then a quick downward movement, and then the LEDs will turn blue and white.
