Webmail Orange: Remove email from auto-complete not in contacts

Good evening,
I was sure someone would make a remark and answer the question in a roundabout way.
It's for my mother-in-law who is 88 years old and very accustomed to IE and doesn't want to switch to Chrome or another browser. She has her habits and at that age...
If there is no solution, fine... otherwise, yes, I had thought of the workaround solution. But that doesn’t give me the answer.
No option in the Orange webmail allows clearing the historical cache. The Delete key on the suggested contact doesn’t work like it does on Outlook.

I tried to delete all the histories (Ctrl/Shift/Delete), except for the passwords

there is no history in the webmail, only received and sent messages

each browser has a history, either you are confusing or mixing

deleting an email address that has become useless (columbarium) is done in the contacts list I believe

As mentioned, Orange Webmail remembers the email addresses that have been used before, and by typing for example "ja" in the recipient field, a dropdown list immediately appears with all the contacts that start with "ja" as well as email addresses that have been used previously that are not in the contacts.
The contacts are up to date and there is nothing to delete.
I have just checked on 2 different computers, and with 2 different browsers, and it behaves the same way. So it comes directly from Orange Webmail and not from the PC or the browser.

I replied ... The problem does not come from the browser because no matter which PC or browser is used, it behaves the same way on the Orange webmail page.

In my opinion, only Orange can clear the cache on their servers.
