Hi! I don't have a question to ask, but I'm facing the same problem!! I vainly tried to download and especially to install and then to open versions 2.9.1 and recently 2.9.2, none of them finalize. I find myself after 11% extraction with this message
Extraction assistant for Captv... error and, in English please!!
Could not overwrite file ...etc ... desktop Captvty tools\ cefsharp\Licence.txt.
Access denied.
I tried suspending the firewall protection, the antivirus barriers, or those from Microsoft... nothing works and I don't know how to ask the question "directly" with Captvty... the forum is nice, but it's really, "figure it out among yourselves!! Well, if someone can help me, I’ll take it!! Thanks

Good evening,
Normally Windows 10 (if that is indeed your operating system) is capable of unzipping the archive; if not, try opening the file with another software such as 7-Zip.
If it still doesn't work, check the FAQ to see if you can find an answer suited to your problem: http://captvty.fr/faq
