Freebox stuck on the fixed rectangle

Hello,

On Monday I received my Freebox, so I decided to plug it in directly since according to the "my account" section on Free, my line has been active since September 27th! When I plugged it in, the Freebox was stuck on the blinking square. Yesterday, I decided to call the hotline to find a solution to my problem; they told me it was normal and that I needed to be patient! Now the Freebox is on the fixed square, but I still do not have and have never had the indicated time!

I would like to know if anyone has a solution to this problem!

Hello,

I'm having a similar issue. I was on a partially unbundled plan and everything was working perfectly. I requested full unbundling, and within 3 days, Free had completed all 7 steps of the configuration for my line. :D The only downside is that since this request for full unbundling, the Freebox has never worked again. The little spinning icon moves well, then the flashing rectangle appears, then it becomes fixed. And that's it! It stays fixed all night if we don't unplug the Freebox. :'( I've tried several hard resets, simple reboots, and nothing works; it's always the same issue. I checked my single phone socket just to be sure, but it's fine. I contacted Free yesterday, and they scheduled a technician to come on November 7th! (in 3 weeks...). So if I could find an answer to this problem before then, that would be great...

Oh, by the way, I have a Freebox HD.
