New SIM card already canceled

Hello,

I am a new subscriber with Free. I signed up for the Free 5G plan. I just picked up my nano SIM card from a kiosk in a Free store, but when I try to activate it, I receive this error message: "This SIM has been cancelled and can no longer be used."
I can't reach anyone at Free, and I can't find an answer online.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

      The offer works with 4G+ and 5G, my phone is compatible with 4G+ so there shouldn't be any issues there.
