CPL Connected but no internet

Question

Hello,
I bought powerline adapters to get a better connection in my room.
The adapters are set up/connected correctly.
But my computer says there is no network connected.
I ran a troubleshooter and it says "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration."

I would appreciate your help because I can't work without the internet and it's important.

Hi  Which powerline adapters? Brand AND model?  Condition AND color of the indicator lights?  Does it work with a direct connection?

These powerline adapters have never worked properly if I understand correctly....
A good idea would be to replace them with a direct Ethernet cable.

My room is far from the modem so the signal is weak
The powerline adapters are new and when I plug them in, all the lights are green on both
it works with a direct cable, but if I choose this option, I would have to run a wire throughout my house, and you understand that's not what I'm looking for.

TP-Link AV 600 Mbps powerline adapter should generally work without any issues. (Even though, as already mentioned, we won't have the same speeds as with cable.)

Could you describe the situation better so we can be sure to follow everything?
- Do you have a wired duo kit? (since it also comes in Wi-Fi).
- Is the first one connected to your router? And the second one in another room of the same location?
- Involving the same electrical panel?
- Has it worked before?
- Can you test with the adapters (following the user manual) with the powerline adapters in the same room? (Do NOT plug the adapters into power strips). What does it give? Is the pairing successful? Is the connection working?

It all depends on the message if you have limited internet, reset your interface
I go through the steps: reboot, check the cable.
On your PC as an admin, run the following commands
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Reboot PC
then nslookup nslookup www.google.fr

If it doesn't respond, contact your internet provider, there might be a DHCP issue giving you the IP and DNS name resolution

Another case
When I connect it to the PC with a direct Ethernet cable, everything works => Check the wf, the problem comes from there, a powerline adapter (CPL) has an issue, if yes, unplug the CPL and replug it.
