CPL Connected but no internet

Hello,
I bought powerline adapters to get a better connection in my room.
The adapters are set up/connected correctly.
But my computer says there is no network connected.
I ran a troubleshooter and it says "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration."

I would appreciate your help because I can't work without the internet and it's important.

    Which powerline adapters? Brand AND model?

    Condition AND color of the indicator lights?

    Does it work with a direct connection?

      TP-Link Powerline AV 600 Mbps
      The 3 indicators are all green
      When I connect it to my brother's PC which has a direct Ethernet cable, everything works.

        And if you connect your brother's PC, in your room, to the powerline adapter, does it work or not?

        There is only the simplified communication interface that has an issue

        We should still take care of this problem too.

        Here I am again, connected to my brother's computer, it's the same thing.
        The computer can't connect.
