Can't reset my Android Q+ box using the reset button.

Hello,
I'm trying to reset my Android Q+ box using the reset button (since I can't access the reset otherwise) and it’s not working... Nothing happens. The box is unresponsive.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 87.0.4280.141

    Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

    I also cannot reset the Q+ box for the normal reset procedure typical of this kind of TV box.
