Thank you. But I found the answer. The conversation gets stuck when a person sends too many messages without a response. It's better to send one long message than to break it up into several. It gets unstuck when the other person replies. So no, you don't need to add any money. But you do have to pay a monthly subscription for the boys in advance.
However, I have another problem: sometimes the messages sent remain gray and therefore are not sent to the recipient. Conversation still impossible. What is the reason for this? Thank you

The grayed-out messages have been sent, but they have not yet been read by your correspondent. Once they are, the message will turn white.
