Instagram promotion disabled on professional account

Good evening, I wish a happy new year to the Ccm community, I am facing a big problem.

A few months ago, I launched my online business, and I use Instagram promotions to promote my products (it's a clothing sales Instagram account).

At first, I was unaware of the advertising rules, so I made some mistakes. But now that I am aware of the rules, I no longer make those mistakes.

The problem is that when I became aware of the rules, Instagram decided to withdraw the promotional tool from me.
It’s impossible to request a review; every time I try, I get this message (see the image below)



I have tried every possible way to email their customer service and even Facebook's customer service, but without success.

I am losing a lot of money and time; please, I need a solution, thank you in advance.
