Enable USB boot on Acer A114-31

Hello,

I'm looking to install Linux on this PC, where there is no CD-ROM, the USB port is not bootable, and the hard drive is full.

How can I do that?

    it is not the USB port that is bootable or not
    but the USB key that is bootable or not
    download a Linux ISO and create a bootable USB key with " Rufus "
