My doogee phone won’t turn on

My Doogee phone won't turn on (it's the Doogee S88 Pro). When I turn it on, it gets stuck on the brand logo. It's new; I just bought it. It has never been dropped, and the battery is at 50%. Can someone please help me?

    but to return it to the seller, it would need to be turned off, but it restarts every time.

The second option is to report this issue to the seller by showing them the invoice, and they should take action.

    Thank you for this response. I think I will return it to the seller because I tried to do it like in the video but it doesn't work.
