Bonjour,
je ne sais pas comment nommer la tâche voulue, mais je vais expliquer
je veux insérer un rectangle en arrière plan d'une paragraphe dans la zone de texte et je veux qu'il la suit.
cela possible sous indesign ?

Hello,
One possible solution is to use paragraph borders.
After selecting the part of the text that should have a background, choose the paragraph border option in the paragraph window settings. Then select the border from below or above and set a thickness greater than the body text. The borders for each line will overlap and create the illusion of a background block. The advantage is that if you modify the text block format, the background illusion will automatically adjust.
There must certainly be other possible solutions.
