Hello,
following the purchase of an Xpert K500 keyboard, I am downloading the software to configure it minimally, but the problem arises when I want to apply the changes; the software does not detect the keyboard, which is properly connected. How can I get the software to work with the keyboard? I did download the correct software from the website http://www.spiritofgamer.com/ Thank you, have a great day.

I have exactly the same problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing either. Yet everything is up to date.
