Issue with tvapi

For the past two days, a message has appeared on my TV saying "tvapi service has stopped working," and the TV turns off and on again showing "continental Edison" (my TV brand) and reverts to the channel. But this happens nearly every 2 minutes. Under this message, it tells me to delete, very nice, but how do I do that? For your information, I live in Bouches-du-Rhône and there was a general antenna outage last week, could the problem come from that?

Found on another site, regarding a Schneider brand TV, which seems to concern Android connected TVs that, if I understood correctly, connect without a box.

This seems related to an update that needs to be done on the TV decoder of the box provider, which resets the service.

So it would be necessary to plug in this TV decoder if it wasn't the case before or simply reset it.

Unless it's possible to update the built-in decoder in the television, which seems to me to be the least one could do, knowing that updates are often necessary on these systems.

But I don't know more and don't have a connected TV.

same question for me, I live in Lorraine, the TV turns off after this message, we even disconnected the wifi from the TV, nothing works....

Since my first message, I hadn't solved anything by unplugging everything (Freebox, TV decoder, the TV, power, HDMI,...) in short, the message kept coming back constantly. What I did was reset the TV as if I was setting it up for the first time (make sure to back up your saved files) and for the past two days, I haven't received any messages saying that the application has stopped working. I hope I have resolved the issue.
