I confirm I had the same message on my Schneider TV. It was terrible...
Since I disabled the TV's Wi-Fi and kept only the box's Wi-Fi, the problem has been resolved. Thank you very much.

24 hours after my first message, the problem returned. I stayed at least an hour with the Free service, which was great, but despite all our efforts, nothing worked. Tonight I found in the smart TV settings, then app settings, then permissions, and in storage, there is the TV API service! I disabled it and reconnected the Ethernet. And bingo, the smart TV connected normally without the bug. So tonight I was able to access Netflix and others via the Ethernet from the Free repeater. I'll keep you updated if it bugs again...

For my case, it's because I had the WiFi on my TV and on my box that were "interfering"; I disabled the WiFi on the TV and everything went back to normal.

Hello, has anyone resolved the issue? Because for me, my Continental TV shuts off as soon as I plug in the Ethernet cable and displays this message, even when I activate the Wi-Fi.

I'm glad to find out that I'm not the only one having this issue that's been going on for several days. I realized that it wasn't my box since the storm BELLA burned out my box, which I just replaced yesterday.
I have a little trick that seems to work for now:
I keep the box on standby / I wait for the TV to restart (since it turns off and on by itself) / and during the small interval of time when the name "continental edison" disappears (but it might work for other brands too), just before the channel appears, I put the TV on standby / I wait 5 minutes / and when I turn it back on, it works (I just did it again just now).
I don't know if it will work for you, but if it can help someone, that's great.

After trying today with this trick, it still doesn't work. The Ethernet connections cut off the TV, and I don't know what to do anymore. I'm annoyed at the thought of having to change the TV; it's barely a year old.

I just called the distributor for my Continental Edison TV. There's a problem between the update from Continental Edison and the service provider, especially with Free... I have a procedure to follow, and if it doesn't work, I have a number to call: I need to disconnect all devices from the TV (box or PS4/5, Xbox, etc...). Once unplugged, I need to turn off the box or unplug it and restart it. Maybe that will work... Otherwise, I'll find out more by calling the number provided by my distributor...
My provider confirms that my TV from March 2019 is functional; it's not a problem related to a breakdown, but indeed a software update issue at Continental Edison.

Hello, for those who have Free, you need to go to their Free Connect app, there you will see all the devices connected via WiFi. Go to WiFi restrictions and block the Wi-Fi access to your smart TV. Unplug and replug the TV and it will work again with TNT. If it's after a new installation, you need to wait a bit (a few hours.. personally) and I was able to reconnect the smart TV via the Ethernet connection of the Free repeater.
