Job center status notice

Hello, actually I wanted to know I registered at Pôle Emploi since 09/11 but I can’t obtain my situation notice or a job seeker card and I really need it. I wanted to know if it’s because of my registration; I don’t know if I did something wrong in my registration but when I log into my personal space I find all the other certificates except the situation notice and even the job seeker card. I’m lost, I don’t know what to do, that’s why I really need advice on how to proceed.

    Pole Emploi must study your file to determine if you are eligible for unemployment benefits. At the moment, given the context, they are a bit overwhelmed.
    But here, we can't do anything for you, better to write to them.
