Stop appearing in social media suggestions

Hello,

I would like to not appear in friend suggestions on Instagram (and Facebook as well), and that no one can find me unless I send them a request. Can someone help me do this please?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0

    Hello

    You can't. By default, everything is public on Instagram.

    For Facebook, you need to go into your settings and select friend privacy.
