Hello everyone,

On Excel 2013 (with a license), while trying to do something else, I selected some cells, right-clicked and clicked on hide. Immediately everything disappeared, and the window closed.
I go to another Excel workbook, click on open, my file is indeed in the list of recently opened files, but when I click on it, it tells me: nnnn.xlsx is already open. If you open it again, you will lose everything.
The same happens if I go into Windows Explorer; it's there, but if I click on it, I get the same message. And if I send it to myself by email, what appears is the version before the last save (and of course, a lot of things are missing).
So the file exists, its visible version is the old one, and the new one is invisible.
Does anyone have any idea?
Thanks in advance, I'm totally lost...

Forget it, I found it (while browsing another forum): I opened another Excel file, and under the View tab, I found the Hide and Unhide icons. By clicking on Unhide, it showed me my missing file. And after displaying it, the Unhide icon turned gray since there were no hidden files left.
    Phew!
