How to proceed after connecting my phone to my PC to transfer in particular the file
"Notes" to the PC.

    Hello,

    I assume you are talking about Keep Notes.
    It is a Google application. There is nothing to transfer, just enable synchronization.

    - On your smartphone, go to Settings > Cloud and accounts > Accounts > Google.
    In the list, enable synchronization for Keep Notes.

    - On your PC, go to the Google search engine to find Keep Notes (by clicking on the 9 small dots).
