Personally, I know to whom I'm giving my gift vouchers..... so... your question is quite surprising..
How could you have these vouchers in your possession... without the people who gave them to you knowing who you are ... ???!!!
I don't think the person who gave the gift voucher could know... but Amazon could.
So in case of theft or fraud... it would be easy for them to trace you and notify the authorities if necessary.
