32 GB of RAM installed but 16 GB usable

I recently bought 2X16 GB of RAM to upgrade my PC, but I'm stuck at 16 GB
in the BIOS it shows that my 2 RAM sticks are at 16 GB each but

https://zupimages.net/up/20/45/md3j.png if a kind soul would like to help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Do you have a graphics card?

    Or is half of your RAM dedicated to the integrated graphics chipset?

    Maybe you can check the BIOS to manage the reserved RAM?
