Question

Bonjour j'ai un nouveau pc avec une nouvelle installation windows et j'ai parfois des écrans bleu de type System Service Exception. Je ne sais pas du tout comment verifier que j'ai tout les driver installés, ca me met également quand j'allume l'ordi que le nvidia control pannel est introuvable. Merci de votre aide!

Salut,

Pour comprendre les écrans bleus, il faut installer WhoCrashed

Tu peux mettre à jour les drivers par le site du fabricant, et/ou par DriversCloud : Démarrer

Ou Touslesdrivers : Mes Drivers

Merci je suis allé sur DriversCloud et j'ai installé l'utilitaire mais je ne comprend pas ca ne m'indique rien sur les driver et si j'ai les bon?

Super j'ai trouvé merci beaucoup à vous fabul! Je vien de voir également que sur ce site il y à un analyse bsod en bas, je n'y connait pas grand chose mais ca me marque :
C:\WINDOWS\system32
toskrnl.exe est la source de mon probleme, dois-je reinstaller windows? est ce que ca reglerais le probleme? merci beaucoup

J'ai installé who crashed mais le logiciel ne me donne ni plus d'info ni de solution!

Il montre des fichiers du Kernel de Windows (Le cœur de Windows)

Mais souvent c'est causé par d'autres drivers non identifiés.

Met à jour tous tes drivers, ça va peut être s'arranger.

Regardes aussi sur le site du fabricant de ton modèle PC / ou Carte mère si PC monté.
