Good evening,
I have a problem with my Lenovo tablet, the tab M10 full-HD. In fact, it no longer charges, meaning that when I plug it in, an indicator shows that the battery is supposed to be charging, but the percentage indicated on the display remains stuck at 0%. Thinking it was the charger that was no longer working, I tried another one and had the same problem. It's weird because the tablet still recognizes the charging with the indicator light and the little lightning bolt, but it still stays stuck at 0%. Also, it suddenly turns back on, then shortly after turns off again.
I would really appreciate some help, please, as I don't know what to try to get it working again.
