Hello,
On Friday, my PC was hacked - spyware implanted - and I noticed that NTUSER.data was downloaded at the same time: Friday.
For me, I think that NTUSER.data is originally installed with W10 on my PC.
Why is it installed at the same time as the spying on my computer.
Victim of the blue screen - Windows is blocking your PC... and everything starts up...
What can I do?

Hello
If you rely on the system date, the NTUSER.DAT is modified with every "use" of your Windows session. It's Windows itself that accesses it.
It probably wasn't installed later (it's there all the time), but normally since it is a system file, it is hidden (like all system files) by default in the file explorer.
