Why does Philips refuse to admit there is a design issue when making a claim about a 4K television costing over €700 that has clouding?
Coincidentally, this malfunction, because it is one, occurs just a few weeks after the warranty expires and renders the television obsolete in every way, with an image polluted by backlight strips that snake across the entire screen, completely negating any interest in 4K.
Philips claims to have no complaints about this, while forums are overflowing with remarks and some are calling for a boycott of the brand.
This is very frustrating and is not worthy of the reputation of this brand to which we have been loyal for several decades.
