Galaxy Buds + disconnected

Hello, I have a connection problem between one of my Buds+ and my Galaxy S10
I'm showing you an attached photo.
I have already tried resetting, without success
The touch pad on the Buds is not responding and there is no sound... it happened suddenly..
What should I do?

me too, for several months, no solution, it's very very poor quality, there's nothing to be done.
