Projector: image turns completely white

Hello everyone,

I have a small problem with my projector. I've had it for about a year and normally the bulb is supposed to last 55,000 hours. However, when I run my projector for 2 or 3 hours, the image turns completely white even when I go back to the projector's menu (the image should normally be blue). I wait an hour or two and the image becomes stable again before turning completely white once more; the image brightens more and more before suddenly going white.

Do you have any ideas on what I should do? Is there a solution to my problem? I'm a bit lost...

    Hello, I don't think you can fix this alone
    the brand and type of projector could help us with the search (55000 hours is not a lamp but LEDs)
    In my opinion, you need to contact customer support

      It's a mini projector Elephas 3300, 2019, 720p.

      Indeed, it's an LED.
